  • Description: Are you interested in making a webmap from scratch? Like tinkering with code? In this workshop we'll use the free and open source JavaScript library Leaflet (http://leafletjs.com/) to create a simple interactive map designed for the web. Leaflet is a widely used JavaScript library that supplies the foundation for making highly customizable, mobile- and web-friendly maps. Some familiarity with HTML/CSS and working with source-code editors is suggested for this workshop, but is not required.
